Made for you, not for return

Because hosiery is intimate wear, every order is final sale — we don't offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges, even on unopened items.

If we got it wrong, we'll make it right

Wrong item, defect or damage? Email us at cashbaoaini@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. Replacement or full refund, your choice, shipping on us.

EU and UK customers

Your statutory 14-day cancellation right still applies to unopened items. For hygiene reasons, it does not apply to items that have been unsealed after delivery. To cancel, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the unopened goods within 14 days after that. We will refund the product price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if goods are defective, not as described, or not delivered.
